Animal Doctors Veterinary Clinic

Caring for pets since 2006

Located in the heart of Ħamrun, Animal Doctors Veterinary Clinic was founded in 2006 by Dr Sammy and Dr Ivan, who studied veterinary medicine together at the University of Perugia in Italy before returning to Malta and joining forces to establish the practice.

Nearly two decades later, Animal Doctors has grown into a busy multi-vet clinic, supported by a dedicated team of veterinary surgeons and nurses. While the practice has grown, our philosophy remains the same: to provide high-quality veterinary care in a friendly, approachable and compassionate environment.

We believe good veterinary care starts with taking the time to listen. We aim to give every patient a thorough examination and every owner a clear understanding of their pet’s condition, the options available and the reasons behind our recommendations.

Veterinary medicine is constantly evolving, which is why continuing professional development is an important part of our practice. Our vets regularly develop their knowledge and skills so that we can offer our patients modern, evidence-based and appropriate veterinary care.

Above all, we understand that a visit to the vet can be stressful; for pets and sometimes for their owners too. From the moment you arrive, our team will do everything we can to make your pet’s visit as calm, comfortable and positive as possible.

Professional care.

Clear communication.

Genuine care for your pet.
